Everything rises and falls on leadership. The Leadership Team is a group of lay leaders who oversee church membership, finances, and staff-related matters.
Rev Evan Irungu Ngugi is the Lead Pastor at Fountain of Worship Church St.Louis Missouri.
Rev Evan is married to his loving wife Susan Irungu and they are blessed with two daughters Ann Irungu and Julian Irungu.
He holds an associate in Missiology and Religious Studies[Church Army Africa],an associate in Theology and a Bachelors in Divinity.
Rev.Evan was ordained in the Anglican Church of Kenya Machakos diocese and has served the church in various capacities and in different regions. He is a teacher of the word of God and widely knowledgeable in ecclesiastical matters.

Pastor Sarah Irara-Dryden is the Associate Pastor at Fountain of Worship Church, St Louis, Missouri.
She is also a Gospel recording artist who recorded her first album entitled " Wega Wa Mwathani in 1995. In total, she has recorded a total of nine albums.
Born in to David Irara and Leah Wanjiru in 1972, she is the second born in a family of 8 children who grew up in Kenton Gitwe village.
Pastor Sarah is married to her husband, Greg Dryden.
She attended Kiriko primary and later went to Njabini Girls High School.
Received her call to serve at the age 15 after receiving a miraculous healing. God gave her promise of ministering in the USA and fulfilled it after 21 years.
She is brought up under the mentorship of Dr. Archbishop Harrison K. Nganga of CFF Nairobi.
Ordained as a minister by Dr. Archbishop Harrison K. Nganga in the 2004.
